If a problem occurs with the product and has been used in any way, under normal wear & usage, the item will be handled as a warranty issue, not as defective or under Roll-ability Factor. Return shipping charges for warranty items are the customer's responsibility. All products carry a full manufacturer’s warranty. Should you have a problem within the manufacturer’s warranty period ROLL - MASTER GOLF will do everything possible to assist you in taking care of your particular situation.
If needed, call ROLL - MASTER GOLF to inquire about the manufacturer's warranty time period. It is at the manufacturer's discretion on repair, replace or refund of item. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for repair from the time the manufacturer receives the item. Manufacturer Warranties still apply to custom and special ordered items. Special Order items and Custom Orders are not returnable.
Custom/Special Orders
When something is purchased as a "Special/Custom Order", it can mean one of several things:
1. It could mean that it is not a normally stocked item and it will be ordered on your behalf.
2. It could mean that it is a normally stocked item but rollmastergolf.com is temporarily out of stock or the item is backordered.
3. It could mean that it is new items that ROLL - MASTER GOLF anticipates arriving in the warehouse soon. If you order an item that is listed "Special/Custom Order" please allow two to four weeks for delivery. Should you need something special that you cannot locate online, simply E-mail us at info@rollmastergolf.com with your request. We shall respond swiftly and promptly.

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase from rollmastergolf.com, you may return the item(s) in NEW, UNUSED AND ORIGINAL CONDITION WITHIN 59-DAYS in their original packaging for a full item amount refund. Shipping is not refundable. When returning a product, all parts, pieces, accessories, manuals, warranty information, and printed materials must be in their original packaging with the product in order to be eligible for a full refund. Closeouts, custom orders, demo items, head covers, grips, personalized items, open videos, DVD's and computer software are not returnable.If you should need to return an item contact ROLL - MASTER GOLF by phone or E-mail and request a RA (Returned Authorization) number. Returned items MUST have the RA number written BOLDLY on the box of the returned item. Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility. We recommend that you insure the item when shipping. All items returned must be in new and unused condition. CUSTOM ORDERS, DEMO ITEMS and PERSONALIZED ITEMS are not returnable. SPECIAL ORDER items that are not regular in stock items are also not returnable. If for any reason you are not happy with the performance of your putter(s), simply call customer service, request a return authorization (RA) number, and return it to us within 29-days from the date of shipment to receive full in-store credit towards the purchase of alternate equipment.
