Q: How are your products made?
A: ROLL - MASTER GOLF’s putter line is made and assembled in the USA. The machining and inspection process is backed by ISO 9000 quality compliant standards. The equipment we utilize is updated annually with new technology to meet the needs of todays demanding market.

Q: How can I track the status of my order?
A: Use your order status/tracking interface to track your orders online. ROLL - MASTER accounts can simply login to see the status of their complete order history.

Q: What are the policies for returns and exchanges
A: If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can easily exchange or return your item. Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt of the product.

Q: How will I know what the shipping charges are?
A: After adding a product to the shopping cart, hit the “Calculating Shipping” button. Enter your city, state, zip and country and hit the “check out” button to calculate your shipping charges. After continuing through the check out process, you will select a shipping method for your order. An exact figure for shipping will be displayed before you submit your order. 

Q: Once my order is placed, how quickly will it ship?
A: Any order received for in-stock merchandise before 2PM EST, Tuesday through Friday (11AM EST Monday) will be shipped the same day. Special order items will be shipped promptly after verification.

Q: How do I find products on your website?
A: First you can use the “search” feature. Simply type in the item you’re looking for and hit the “go” button. The website will take you to a listing of all products matching your search criteria. Second, you can use our tab navigation located towards the top of every page to search for products by category. Click a tab to expand it to a listing of a variety of categories.
