"I'm writing to tell you how pleased I am with my Ringer putter. I threw it in the bag earlier this Spring as an experiement, and it's been in there ever since. I'm averaging 2.6 fewer putts per round using it, compared to any other putter I've ever tried, which is huge at my level. I love the little bit of extra weight, which I feel has smoothed out my stroke. And I'm way more consistent inside 6 feet. That may also be due to the roughened surface of the face. I know your ads claim that the surface treatment produces better end-over-end roll than even groove putters, but I think the improved results I've seen on the course tend to back that up. Of course, the sound gets everybody's attention. What it has helped me with, however, is understanding how consistent I am at hitting the center, as well as when my grip pressure changes. It's easy to see how off-center putts will produce different sounds. But I was surprised at how sensitive it was to the consistency of my grip pressure. Needless to say, I've learned a lot, and it has helped my game."
